Furthermore - if you decide to cancel membership during the period you have paid for, it seems, from the policy wording, you immediately lose all benefits. Again, archaic. If I pay for 1 year and have decided I want to cancel now, I should not lose my rights for the remaining time I have paid for. Absolute shame on this organisation’s management for these entrapments.
