It’s quite simple, if it’s a premium feature and not available on watch without subscription. Do not install on my watch. Consumers are sick of these apps clogging up our devices that can’t even be used. Adjusting to 1 star for this behaviour.

Great free timer I’ve been using for run/walk intervals. Only one add pops up when first opening the App then it’s ad free.

This timer has been the biggest support for helping me timing exercises. The timer is clear and easy to use. Love the 10 sec count down too.

I love this program has helped me a lot for my running programs. BUT be careful if you put onto an Apple Watch. I have the new Apple Ultra 2 and this program really messed with my HR and ECG settings. My HR doubled and it said I was having and Atrial Fibrillation. I deleted it off my watch and also turned off the HR feature of this app on my phone. Watch and associated data works fine now and ECG normal. I had an amazing woman from Apple Health Support call me to remedy this issue. On phone. Health > Data Access & Devices > Interval Timer > Heart Rate (Set to OFF). Then turn off and restart Apple Watch 👍🏽

For a timer that allows flexibility this one is excellent however the weird adds that are coming up- ones with Chinese options to close, and a minute before the add enables you to turn off are becoming more frequent- understand the need to make money- but when it eats into my experience I’ll need to move- after about 5 years on his app- can’t afford to pay
