Unfortunately the app does not seem to be compatible with offline Apple Maps so I can’t use the app if I’m offline.

INTVL is such a unique app with its free running plans and hidden features you unlock the more you run. It is so user friendly and easy to use. By far my new favourite app for running

Used 2 times of 6+ weeks now, accountability in messaging when runs are programmed, planning week at a time and ability to adapt to different targets is immense. Well designed, user friendly and great interface, a definite positive for newbies, those who have being running a while or competitors

Love this app! I found this to be a great starting point to beginning my running. Never really being a runner before and looking to get into this space, I found this app great. Enjoy the layout and design and very easy to use. Would recommend.

Into my 7th week of using INTVL, and it’s easily the best running app/program I’ve used. After running for a few years now, sometimes it gets repetitive. But, since downloading the app, I’ve had heaps of fun levelling up my account by gaining xp by running & completing other cool tasks along the way. When progressing through the levels, you unlock deeper insights on your running history. Which has been great to pick-up trends in my running and make any adjustments if needed. The community is super supportive, always getting around each other. INTVL also have an awesome feature that enables you to locate & connect with run clubs in your area! Overall, INTVL has motivated me to stay consistent with my running - by making running fun again!

INTVL has been such a positive influence on my running, and I couldn’t be more thankful for it’s existence. I’m a few weeks into a half marathon training block now, and honestly feel like it’s an attainable goal for me! The plan has been sensible, whilst providing an adequate challenge! It’s full of helpful tips surrounding warm up and cool down, injury prevention and positive support in the INTVL community! A genuine investment in yourself and your goals! You’ll thank yourself later!

I am loving this app!! Invtl has really helped kickstart my running journey and the points system and community aspect is super confidence boosting. However the map I think is not super accurate as when I finish my runs in commonly skips roads and sections I have ran therefore may not tracking all the kms I am running. This is a new app though so super excited to see what this app brings and how it advances!!

After getting a 10 minute PB in the half marathon using the INTVL app and trainers , I can garuntee you will see results I won’t be using any other running app/coach in the future as this is THE ONLY OPTION to use Great job Louis and team!!!

For someone who has never run this platform is easy to follow and enjoyable.
