I am using this app for years now and to see that with $99 plan you can only send 3 invoices a month is very bad. I have 4 different account for 4 different businesses and it was fine until I saw this notification. I will definitely cancel all my subscriptions.
Very frustrated. Have used app in the past but now it will not let me link a bank account. Only method to be able to receive payments is via PayPal and it won’t let me link it. Please refund me and cancel my subscription
Why can’t I open my Invoice Simple App All I get is a blank screen,nothing else
I have used app for a couple of years now and it was worked amazing but price increases are terrible it’s just going up $3 for the basic invoicing. It went up not too long ago. So unfortunately you will be losing me as a customer.
The app works well but there has been like 3 price increases in the last 12 months which is getting ridiculous. There is no reward for loyal customers.
The app used to be fine up until a few months ago. Now I am having issues with making invoices. I have paid for the subscription and yet I still cannot make an invoice. Each time I go to tap the “+” icon to send out a new invoice, it takes me to the subscription options, even though I’ve already paid. Have restarted the app and updated it too. This is pretty bad.
Really love this app. It’s changed my life. So easy to use. Monthly fee is great. Fantastic service!!!!! Thank you.
Got a new device & been processing as normal just to find that the invoices have no sent history/haven’t gone thru Prior to changing devices I never had an issue ( maybe this was one of the “bugs” to be fixed in the most recent update 🤔🤔🤔) Now I look incompetent as I assumed invoices had been sent but they hadn’t 🙈
I am a plumber & have been using invoice simple since I started out. Excellent app & over the last couple of years they have been adding new features which make it the perfect app for doing everything.
App was going fine until the last month. Now has had 2 glitches (1 major) in the last month. Major glitch has caused me extra stress and work of having to chase up and make sure clients are kept up to date on this situation and chasing up again to make sure i can get paid. Customer support offered no timeframe to problem being fixed nor compensation for extra stress caused or time and money cost. Do yourself a favour people, spend the little bit extra and use a invoicing client that is more reputable. Wish i knew about this sooner!!
