App not working
The app isn’t working, it wouldn’t send an invoice for me this morning, I spoke to support who told me told delete the app then re-install it, which I did but now it isn’t even letting me sign in

Best thing I did was switch to QuickBooks
Terrible app price just keeps going up and up have finally stopped using now and switched to QuickBooks
Awful!!!
Awful app with even more awful customer service, lost time and money because of a fault!!! Disgraceful. Nigel at customer service lied to me and repeatedly didn’t address my issues.
Good app BUT
Started at £6 just had an email saying will now be £9.99 there are more advanced and far better invoice apps for that money after 4 years I won’t be renewing
Ridiculous the raise of prize
I started when it was less than £50 and this year they want to raise from £79.99 to £99.99. The service it’s good but it’s to expensive
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Set up a monthly subscription, first was fine then they continued to take 2 payments per month. One from my bank and one connected to my phone bill. They have no contact number to speak to somebody. Just told me repeatedly to speak to Apple. Absolutely useless!!!
Price increase every year
When I first got this app was paying £99 for the year. Understand the price will increase each year but there now increasing to £129 in 3 years of having it. Can see it increasing £10 a year going forward. Apps okay easy to use and does the job but found a much cheaper one that does the same job.
Great app, terrible pricing!
Got this app when it first came out and I’m sure it was something like an annual payment that was pretty low, then it turned to monthly payments that were about £5 and now it’s £20 per month! That’s ridiculous. After using this app for about 5 years it’s time to switch.
Does what supposed to
But! £200 a year?
Rip-off!
I have been using (premium subscription) this app for 5 years. All of a sudden it’s taken a different direction and now Premium is no longer Premium and you are required to go from £6.99 a month to £19.99 a month to access some new things. I was told my subscription was grandfathered in but yet they are still putting prices up, I’ve now just been informed it will go from £6.99 to £9.99 which frankly isn’t in keeping with other providers of the same style of app. The price will just go up and up until we are all at this extortionate amount and in all honesty, it’s a very basic invoicing system that can be done by a 5 year old so why the hell would I pay that amount?!
