Navigatie
•	Zoek en vind het dichtstbijzijnde, of zelfs een specifiek, IONITY-station - de beschikbaarheid van delaadpalen wordt realtime weergegeven.
•	Gebruik de IONITY Routeplanner om je reis  te plannen en exporteer je dagelijkse of toekomstige routes eenvoudig naar je favoriete navigatie-app.

Laden
•	Begin en eindig je laadsessie gemakkelijk en snel in de IONITY App.
•	Volg je laadvoortgang  in realtime en ontvang een pushmelding als je op 80% zit, om snel weer op pad te kunnen.
•	Optioneel: gebruik de  App om de QR-code op de laadpaal te scannen  en zoje laadsessie te starten.

Betaling
•	Sla je account- en betalingsgegevens veilig op in de App en betaal zo eenvoudign voor al je laadsessies.
•	Ontvang maandelijkse overzichtsfacturen voor persoonlijk of professioneel gebruik en houd zo je uitgaven in de gaten .

Over IONITY 
IONITY bouwt en opereert het grootste ultrasnelle laadnetwerk van Europa. Met een High Power Charging (HPC) capaciteit tot 400 kW maakt IONITY maximale laadsnelheden mogelijk. IONITY maakt uitsluitend gebruik van hernieuwbare energie, waardoor emissievrij en CO2-neutraal rijden gegarandeerd is. ### ****- "App: mooi maar nodeloos veel schermen"
Het ziet er allemaal prima uit maar er zijn minstens tien nutteloze schermen voordat de betaling is verstuurd. Neem een voorbeeld aan Tesla. Verder duurt het vaak weken voor een defecte laadpaal is gerepareerd. Neem ook daar een voorbeeld aan Tesla.

Als je het protocol goed doorloopt ( eerst aanmelden en dan betalen en dan pas aansluiten)gaat het opladen vlot. Best kan ik pas beoordelen als de auto herkend wordt en het opladen onmiddellijk kan beginnen zonder de aanmeldingsprocedure te hoeven doorlopen.

Het laden gaat altijd prima!

Op Franse locaties werkt vaak de QR code scan niet (laadpaal niet herkend) maar gelukkig kun je ook het nummer (de vier rode cijfers en twee zwarte) invoeren via de link onderaan het scherm. 
 Hier liepen meerdere mensen tegenaan. 

Het grootste probleem is met de laatste versie opgelost (aug 2024) : je zag de laadpalen niet meer op de kaart (map), de app geeft een error. 

Dat je altijd met de creditcard 2x moet bevestigen is vreemd, maar gelukkig kun je snel doorklikken.

### **--- "App reageert traag"
Voordeel: je kunt live zien hoeveel er wordt bijgeladen en voor hoeveel procent de vol is.

Nadeel: indien je de laadsessie wilt beëindigen via de app, reageert de laadzuil niet op. Het laadproces gaat gewoon door. Het laden stoppen via de app, werkt niet. Heb nu twee keer proberen te laden en te stoppen via de app. Dat verliep traag en moeizaam terwijl ik vol 5G bereik had.
Grootste nadeel: vanwege deze problemen wil ik mijn paspoort abonnement beëindigen. Dat lukt ook al niet via de app. Je gaat naar “tarief annuleren” vervolgens druk je op “Ja, opzeggen” en krijg je de melding “interne serverfout”. Daarmee zit je nog steeds vast aan je abonnement en kun je dus niet opzeggen. Ik lees overigens bij andere commentaren dat mensen dezelfde problemen ondervinden en dat de klantenservice ook via de mail slecht bereikbaar is..
