## IPC360 Description
- IPC360 provides home users with 360 extraordinary experience as staying home when they are away from home. With the establishment of worldwide stream servers, users can easily feel home on their phone or tablet by watching, listening and talking.
-When a Pan&Tilt camera is added, you can create panoramic navigation picture，with which you can simply rotate the camera exactly to the direction you want just by a “tap”. You can set maximum 3 sets of shooting angels via panoramic navigation picture.
-With a simple tap on your mobile phone, you can initiate a 2-way conversation with your family remotely. Its specially designed microphone and speaker ensures loud and clean voice quality.
-By simply panning your mobile phone left and right, a complete panoramic view will be displayed to provide a better viewing experience. The gyroscope support, integrated in the App, is able to follow the mobile phone orientation, making it easier to see every corner being monitored.

 -The IPC360 camera uses wide-angle lens to produce bright and crystal images. With FHD/HD resolution (1920x1080/1280x720), it delivers excellent image quality even if your enlarged to view small details.
-IPC360 camera always keeps an eye on things that is important to you. With built-in high accuracy motion detection technology, the camera sends notification to your mobile phone detailing when, where, and what movement was detected so you always stay on top of things that you care about. As additional function, there are some kinds of camera have PIR sensor, which can detection the invisible radiation from human body.
-Support up to 128GB SD card, it stores video and audio of special moments, worked with two mode: continue(real time record) or trigger(best storage capacity optimization) mode.
-Our adaptive streaming technology automatically adjust to the optimal viewing quality based on your network conditions.

I have been using this app and have 2 of the cameras attached. Their quality is great and better than the ring ones. I also have been using the cloud storage which is great and good value. I find the motion sensors and alarms are very good and the software is easy to use. I would recommend. I have had the cameras for over 5 years now which is testament to how well made they are.

Not a bad app or camera but does have a few problems, the app goes off constantly even when no one is near, it is useless in the night as all you can see is a ring light so you can’t see anything or anyone and I’m not sure how to fix the problem as what good is it if you can’t see at night?

This worked well during the free trial. I then paid for the year and within a couple weeks the push notifications stopped working. I’ve tried many things to fix this myself with no luck so I have twice contacted the developer and they have ignored me both times. Not impressed, I want a refund so I can purchase an app that actually works.

The app is set to register alerts when the camera IR sensor is triggered. When you navigate to view the alerts, the app struggles to fetch the videos and loads indefinitely. So essentially you cannot watch the video that caused the alert.

Finally after 4 years I ripped my cameras out. Because this app was altered to force users to buy subscriptions quite early on. Which discontinued SD support. Was very wrong. And left many of us with useless cameras.

### *---- "Encrypted video is useless outside app"
I had left a less critical review previously but having captured footage which I need to use, I find that it can only be viewed in the app due to it being encrypted and there is no way to disable encryption - which begs the question, what is the point in capturing footage when it is captive within the app?

It has other consequences; i.e. it is pointless backing up the footage on the MicroSD card as it cannot be read anywhere else so the only way to archive it is to keep the card and buy another one for the camera - every time you want to archive any video.

I am an adult who feels like I am being treated as a child. If I don't want my camera footage encrypted, that is my business not an app developer. Either provide a facility to disable encryption or a means to decrypt video.

Having found myself with video which is being held hostage by your app, I regret ever buying your cameras.
