What’s worse than not working at all? Working only half the time, and not working when you intend it to. Less than 50% reliability to let you into your own flat? Disappointed that UOL decided to deploy this for our condo.

CANNOT UNLOCK GATE PROPERLY
When someone dial up, the app cuts off more than half the time. I can only wait for that person to dial again.

CANNOT MAKE CALLS
Dialing to guard never work for me. It’s either the connection can’t be established or the guard couldn’t hear my voice when i am not muted.

There are other bugs but I don’t bother to list anymore when this app cannot do the most basic things.

I missed the delivery of my passport as the app wouldn’t connect. I constantly have to go down to receive deliveries as they are calling the intercom and it doesn’t connect. The problem is intermittent so if it works once they think it’s resolved when they don’t seem to do anything. It’s also my responsibility to report every failure which is time consuming and the system should just work, they should be reaching out for feedback as the app is so bad rather than just expecting every end user to report every incident and being told to reinstall.
