I've been a regular user of the IRCTC app for booking train tickets, but recently l've been facing serious issues on my iPhone
13 mini Every time I try to book a ticket, the app crashes and returns to the home screen, and while trying search train not displaying station name in from and to text box making it impossible to complete any bookings. This problem facing from initial usage of 12mini  and it's extremely frustrating.
I have tried several troubleshooting steps, such as restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and ensuring that my iOS is up to date, but the issue persists. The app is currently unusable, and I have to resort to other methods to book my train tickets, which is highly inconvenient.
I request the developers to please look into this issue and provide a fix as soon as possible. The app was very useful before, and I hope it can be reliable again with a proper update. Until then, I am giving it a low rating due to its current non-functionality on my device.

If anyone wants to book ticket from this app during opening hours be it before 60 days window or tatkal window it will allow only ticket agents and their quota peoples. According to them railway is not for normal people it is only their business weapon. I request government to privatise railway and give ticket book app to private developer if their app doesn’t runs for normal people and runs only for ticket agents.

While trying to update the email ID, I received a message “it’s already connected to an account.” On this email ID I receive my mails. In such cases there should be some provision to update email ID through UTP on mobile as well email ID.
