Overall I’m happy with the service and the app interface is quite good, however I’m experiencing some issues with certain bits of the app (can’t edit favourites, gives random errors) that sometimes resolve spontaneously; one time the app stopped opening at all and I had to delete and download again after which the gps tracking stopped working completely and no matter how many times I set it up from scratch it says it’s working fine but the vacuum doesn’t work when I leave home, I still have issue with that.

Not covering expectations at all. Robot struggles to get back at charging station. Not creating an accurate map, totally missing one of the rooms and not having option for “Keep Out Zones” . And for this price doesn’t even have a mop. Absolutely not worth it.

Don’t need your assistance even for a week!

Just bad to know it is almost impossible to find brushes, batteries or filters anywhere anymore… Guess will have to go for a Chinese model soon !
