What happened to notifications? No settings have been changed so why??
I’m happy that my spot cameras have continued to work. I hope that my Keep Pro will eventually be supported. Are there any plans for that?
I work as an IT and this app is annoying. Log me out and I kept trying to log back in and it’s kept saying timeout.. trying to reach support is a journey to the middle of the earth.. come on I like you product but the support is not looking great at all… Need to update your IT staff to support customers issue ASAP
Cameras don’t work, system doesn’t work, no company support, hundreds of dollars down the drain. I was a fool to believe in this company.
Now when the alarm goes off you don’t get a push notification to alert you when you’re not home. It just goes into the event log. What good is that? There is no customer service, no number to reach and emails go unanswered. When calling me share who took them over, they deflect all questions and concerns and say that i have to contact ismartalarm. Absolute joke of a company, both ismart and meshare. Yet they want me to subscribe to their cloud service. No clue how to run a business.
App has been buggy for years. Cameras stop working. Unable to update. Can’t add new cameras. Etc etc etc . Customer service doesn’t exist. It takes months to get a reply and when you do they tell you the same things from the FAQ. I paid for an entire year of cloud service and am asking for it to be pro rated as it’s completely useless after this last major update. FYI after this last update I keep receiving an error message that the cameras need to be on the same wifi network as my device. Guess what. I only have one network!!!!!!!! Utter garbage. Stay away!
After so many one star negative reviews it would make sense if ismart alarm staff would respond here and show the world they care. Instead, this company survive by selling the product to one time customers. After a new client purchase the camera and realize the app never works, they are likely not to bother with the return process. ismart keep selling devices but the app to make the camera useful is not working. Getting in touch with this company customer service by phone or email is also impossible.
After last app update, had login issues and the alarm trigged notification was not working. Send to be fixed now though. Glad the system still works considering it’s discontinued.
I have been an iSmart user for years. I had the system installed at several locations. The current version of the once highly rated company is less than acceptable. There have been ongoing issues with cameras, sensors and motion detectors functioning properly. At this moment, all of my sensors and it’s dedicated Cube are not only deactivated, but each device name has been erased. I have reached the end on the line with iSmart. Despite the investment, it’s time to move on to another system that I can rely upon to protect my property.
