Se pueden generar multitud de ejercicios. Series, intervalos, etc.. Genial para salir a correr solo con el Apple Watch.
A mejorar. 
-La estética, muy simple, básica.
-Poder pasar ejercicios directamente desde TrainingPeaks. (En caso de que se pueda no he podido saber cómo)
-Simplicidad en los menús.
-Que estuviese todo en Español.

Para watch la app es muy limitada. 
No reproduce comentarios, ni avisos sobre el fin de los intervalos, ni dato alguno.
La sincronización de entrenamientos funciona muy mal. 
La compré para usarla en el reloj y me ha decepcionado. No la recomiendo. 
No la he probado en el móvil

La compre a principios de semana para utilizarla en una bici de spinning con un sensor de cadencia, pero no funciona. Ve el sensor y lo enlaza pero cuando inicias la sesión no marca la cadencia.
He enviado un mail al servicio de atención al cliente solicitando la devolución de los 6€ pero no ha contestado nadie.
