eStorage allows you to catalog any items you want to: household items, tools, goods, documents, collections, etc. There’s no limit to how many item categories can be entered. Each new item can be given a name, description, value (useful for insurance), picture and quantity (set to 1 by default).
The bar code reader featured in the app enables you to easily add its ID to an item, and recover the information related to an item (Iphone 3GS/4/5 and new iPad).
The items can be associated with the categories you choose: clothes, computer hardware, files, tools, materials, etc. (you can of course create any category you need).
In order to easily keep track of lent or borrowed items, eStorage gives you the opportunity to register the information (person, date) related to such operations.
To help you easily retrieve your stored items, eStorage enables you to associate them with a storage location: geographic reference, room, piece of furniture, drawer, suitcase, etc.
Storage spaces can be organized into several hierarchical levels, like living room / closet / shelf / box, for example
eStorage comes with powerful search engines allowing you to instantly retrieve any item, information about it, its lent/borrowed status and storage space on the one hand, or all the items stored in one place or belonging to the same category on the other hand.
For users wishing to accurately monitor their item storage levels, eStorage also enables precise quantity management for each item, including the setting of storage shortage alerts to quickly spot items whose quantity is below the predetermined level.
eStorage allows you to export the data (items and storage locations) as a CSV file (which can be imported into most spreadsheet programs) or as PDF files, sent by e-mail. This allows you to view and manipulate the data on your computer.

This is a solid app with just a few minor issues. I hope they continue to improve it and not abandon it. But it's been 3yrs with no updates. 😕
Does what I need it to.
It’s got a lot of options for details. It’s definitely way better than most inventory apps, especially the apps that are free. I use it for documenting products/ Items to be resold. Honestly, the layout is a little boring, lol, would like if it had more flavor, but I’m young (20’s), so someone older might prefer it, idk. I would love if there was an option to list the model/model number, and maybe even the serial number.

Took a little time to figure out my system. But now that I have one it’s great !!!
Life Changing
I have been using this app for a decade and I love it. Each time we move we wonder if this mirror will fit, or that chest of drawers. Along with a photo of every piece of furniture and painting and print are its dimensions and that’s probably what is most useful. I’m a realtor and I recommend this to anyone moving, anyone who has anything worth insuring, and collectors of various things, from baseball cards to clothes to cars. I know a wine collector who uses the bar code feature for his wine collection, categorized by age, type, rating and when it should be opened.

For most people this is all you will ever need on an inventory app. Best inventory app for regular people and small business inventory
Great app for keeping an inventory
I used this app for a yacht that I work on. It’s perfect because we carry a lot of spare parts and they are kept in different storage places all over the boat. It has a great feature to be able to take pictures of the parts and the storage areas.
1980’s scanner
The bar code scanner is not easy to use. You need just the right amount of light and after that it won’t be found in their database. I scanned 34 everyday items and NOT ONE was found in the database. What a waste of money. Deleting app
Helped me find my sanity!
We are new to living aboard a sailboat full-time. Storing everything to cook, clean, navigate and maintain a boat and still find clean clothes is a challenge! This app definitely helped me find everything I hid in all the boat cubby holes so we don’t over-purchase items or run out. Now we can find them when needed.
Awesome App
I have a jewelry business and I use this app to catalogue my beads,findings, tools, etc. I love it because it is portable. When I am shopping for new supplies I have my entire inventory with me so I am not purchasing any duplicates. It took me quite a while to get everything entered but was well worth it. App is very easy to use.
