I have no idea how good or bad this thing is.  I don’t want to watch hours of monotone tutorials to figure it out. I tried watching a YouTube video.  My god. Horrible, Frustrating, Slow and Remi as an example. Really? I just can’t get it to start. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Input bolus and infusion time. Got that done. Now just tell me what is the current concentration and guide for target concentration and I’ll obey or not based on the EEG. Instead it’s stuck nowhere. Meaning I’m not finding the correct button to click to start the app.

I have used this app for 18 months now on hundreds of cases. Nothing compares really Enables use of TCI infusions schemes even if you don’t have the pumps, with great precision. Even better than most actual pumps because: -All major pk/pd models are available, even the new general open TCI models (Eleveld for profofol and remifentanil, dexmedetomidine,…) for lots of molecules. Commercial pumps are much more limited. -Flexibility : you can combine manual boluses/perfusions and switch to TCI (or the other way around) -You can simulate 2 models for the same drug side by side to compare the models. Or just simulate different drugs on different patient types (pediatrics, obese, elderly) to refine your understanding of pharmacokinetics. -Great tool for resident teaching. Philippe Picard

### ****- "A really helpful app"
This is a great app. I use it in my practice.

I appreciate that the app developer’s native language is not English, but I feel this app really needs a YouTube tutorial that is not in Spanish (the only current option). I think the program is capable of a lot, but currently it is necessary to kind of guess your way through the interface. The included “tutorial” is of some use, but a proper video walk-through of a commonly used simulation (like remi/propofol for, say, a lap chole) would be very helpful.

There has a been a ton of effort placed into this program and I have subscribed because I think this is a great clinical and teaching tool. I hope the developer keeps the updates coming!
