Never try this application nor go with this company through any other application like uber. I want to complain about their way in manipulating the prices and payments!! I have so many other choices but I booked a trip with uber as I browsed the details and accepted them. The expected price was 10€ why why whyyyy I paid more than the double!!!22€ !!! Also, you tricked me in the first place when you showed that the driver is 4 minutes away, but once you took the payment I had to wait for him for 15 minutes!!! Is that the way you treat your customers?!! And I wanted to cancel right away because it was night and cold and I didn't want to wait that long but you will charge me 7, 60 €!!!! This is sooo insane that I will not accept that or ignore what you make me go through!! When I emailed them, they kept repeating the same email with zero respect and responsibility, saying that they do not refund at all!!! So, their strategy to get to more customer and get money by being fraudulent, and giving very wrong information then “apologies” for not refunding!!!!! What a scam!

Absolute joke. No estimate of price and then sent some poor lad 30 miles to pick us up for a half a mile journey. Cancelled before he arrived to his dismay and then bombarded with calls from him and the moody cab company. Also, just after I installed and provided a phone number I received a load of bogus WhatsApp messages from supposed suitors, willing and able to join me for a new life in England, etc. needless to say my mrs was not impressed. Give this app a wide berth. Amateur hour.

I thought €10 through Uber was expensive. I asked the driver, €25, really? (The app wouldn’t give me an anticipated or approximate cost for my trip.) The driver said that they were faraway: faraway being Acilia. I then replied but (last Saturday) a driver coming from Fiumicino charged €10 or less for practically the same trip: a difference of about 300m extra AND I was charged MUCH less. What kinda math is that?!?!!! My 1st trip. And, my last, if you can’t, at the very least compete with drivers using the Uber platform. Next time? I’ll open the app and what? See an approximate services charge or gamble in the hands of the driver?
