All I want is to watch something eg first episode of platform seven all I am getting is that I need to upgrade and when I tap upgrade what do I get. Nothing. Reading the other comments why am I surprised?

It’s about time this app was passed over to professionals,,because,let’s face it,whoever it is trying to add updates,is failing miserably.!!!

On tv you press play and it just does not work blank screen on tv says the program is 00:00 Adverts play ten times over and over the same one This is the worst app in the whole world

Very disappointing that you can’t watch on tablets anymore.

The shows on here contain an excessive amount of Ads making your ITVx experience an extremely unpleasant, nonetheless there is a varied selection of shows to choose from which make the constant Ads a little more bearable.

The app keeps hanging up/freezing and has to be closed and restarted. Went ad free and it’s still no better.

Program drops out

This app has a great selection of programmes and great memories.

Can’t stream a full programme!!!!!! Frustratingly awful!
