iVueit: Earn Cash For Surveys

I am going to start by saying why I like the app. It’s a nice resource to make extra cash on the spot. It’s easy to use for the most part and convenient if you want to create your own daily schedule. The reasons for this not so good rating are as follows. 1. SYSTEM ERRORS: App malfunctions causing app to crash on site. This leave the residents feeling time is being wasted. I’ve sat in someone’s living room for 15 minutes waiting on app to open up so I can ensure the resident wasn’t inconvenienced and also so I can make sure I get paid. It’s very unprofessional when this happens 2. TIME WASTED: When app crashes you lose all photos. There have been a few times I was able to recover some photos but for the most part all photos are deleted upon rebooting the app and if you already left the site you have no way to retake the pictures. If you’re lucky enough to still be in someone’s home this king waiting in the system to work again, you have to restart the entire survey over. This makes what should be no more than and 30 minute- 1 hour visit last for sometimes 2 hours- very unprofessional to the client and vuer. 3. ACCOUNTABILITY: App crashes close to the end of the timer have caused problems problems with submitting vues where the contact have yet to respond. This caused my rating to drop about 13%. I worked hard and I set my appointment, follow all rules, handle each vue like a professional, and take good photos just for the system to crash at the last minute and cause all vues to fail. When brought up to support team the best they did was blame me for the issue because I didn’t tell them the app malfunctioned. My thing is, if I’ve had malfunctions over 15/20 times and have familiarized myself with the troubleshooting steps (they give you the same tips EVERYTIME word for word) what is the point of asking for the tips again. This is a problem for tech not the vuer. After letting them know what happened nothing was done to rectify the problems and my rating dropped from 95% to 83%. Not because of bad photos or professionalism but just because they haven’t found a solution to the system failures. 4. COMPENSATION: I was grateful for the app when I first started. That was before the system started causing me problems CONSTANTLY while I was in the field. Support was actually supportive until I had a real problem with the constant malfunctions causing me points then they just started blaming me for the result of the system not working properly. I understand that the company has overhead and has to maintain the service, etc…but for the amount of time it takes to do these jobs correctly the pay is just simply too low. I found the app worked well and the instructions were always clear and well written. I never had any problems with any of the employees or managers or tenants I had to deal with. Again, for the time and gas I was spending the payout did not justify the work.

They don’t pay on the higher paying jobs! They fail it view and you don’t get paid!

This is a great way to make a little extra money sometimes a lot of extra money they’re very quick to pay you for each view that you do and support gets back to you very quickly. If you ever have any questions or issues I can’t tell you how much I love this app it’s the best one that I found for these types of gigs. I recommend this to anyone who isn’t in the southern California area so that way you guys don’t take my views.. lol

The app is straightforward, detailed instructions and doesn’t ask you to perform unreasonable tasks!

so I don’t remember how I found out about this app, but I believe their homebase is located and in my home City of Columbus, Ohio and if you have an over 80% or higher or you get first pics. Do you know what you’re doing the job go quick commercial and residential. They approve and pay jobs the same day 99% the time. You can also cash out multiple times the same day and I always share this app with people as it is a great app if you need a few $ that day for whatever. They pay thru paypal and says it can take 24 hours but it usually doesn’t! After you do a few views they may also ask u to pay for a background check to continue working and offer more projects but don’t worry after you do a few more they reimburse you. So thankful this app. some jobs the pay can be lower and may seem like it’s not worth it but I remember very quick so if it’s somewhere you’re going by and you’re not going out of your way once you get the hang of they go quicker and I’ve never had a problem getting my work approved even when issues came up. I just noted it in the notes and still got paid every time.

Be wary !!! A “15” minute job actually takes an hour, prep time, drive time, gas, take 40 pics, walk over acres, answer questions, wait to load, drive. They never resolve issues, I’ve spent hours trying, you learn the rules backwards, don’t get compensated b/c are not informed (ie 24 hours to fix something) they’re time estimates are inaccurate, no real appreciation. Just hire more fools. I always feel ripped off. No transparency or way to know the rules. I’ve spent hours searching. Even these reviews are suspicious and note the dates.

I’m so tired of this app. They advertise payment in 24 hours or less. It’s been 6 days and I still am chasing them down for $8. Not to mention I spend on gas what I would make. This is just not profitable.

They charged me a fee for my background check then never delivered on it . I wasted time I could have invested with another company.

The app crashes and won’t load frequently. The App also loads with incomplete results, and it malfunctions a lot. I just got a failed Vue and was accused of not waiting until my Vue uploaded. Which was incorrect. I was also told to let this be a lesson learned. They always seem to have the store hours wrong for interior Vues, and the customer service is hit or miss. The jobs are longer that they say, some are absolutely ridiculous for the amount of money they pay. Back to my failed Vue, they had an incentive running for this weekend, if you completed four Vues between Friday and Sunday - you got an additional $10.00 for your Vues. So, I did four Vues between Friday and Sunday, had trouble with 2 out of the four (no fault of my own), and now it seems like they are trying to not pay me properly, nor correct the issues I had. Not sure what State Agency to report them too, but I’ll look into it because this is abuse.
