iXpenseIt Pro: Manage Finance

I bought this app a long time ago. Before the days of subscriptions on the iTunes Store, I was bummed to see that they had adopted this business format.

I have been using this app for over 10 years to keep track of my general expenses, to keep track of estate expenses and to keep track of travel expenses. It’s been incredible useful, and FYI Mobileware has done an excellent job of updating the app and developing new features. It is intuitive to use and has informative charts to summarize one’s income/expenses over time.

I’ve had this app since its first version or close to it.. this is my best app on iphone. I’ve never had bugs with it and it’s just perfectly thought out. I use it for multi-account budgeting and cross-verification with my banking reports. It’s not just an expense tracker, it’s much more than that. I hope the dev never gets it removed fron the app store so I can keep using it for years. Nothing comes close to it.

I have $1000 of dollars of expenses I can’t send in or make a report with because this app auto shuts down when I select a restaurant to input a receipt in. Needs another update for ISO 18 still doesn’t work. 26-09-2024 Has completely eliminated the need for me to do a expense account at the end of the month. It is always done. There is a lot more that this app offers I think.... but I only use it for expenses and it is worth every penny.

I recently had an issue with The Pro version crashing. I use both an older iPod and iPad running IOS 12. Thinking I needed to get IOS 17 on a new device I contacted Dave at support. He stuck to it, fixed the problem and all is working as I have come to expect. Thank you. This app has been extremely useful keeping track of expenses while traveling. Larry Winnipeg Canada

Tried support page, error. Has the option to transfer between accounts been removed, I’ve doing that for 5+ years and as recently as this month, but seems to not be an option, or I’m having a massive brain fart.

Everything had been perfect for years until today when I found out all my data is gone.

If you have any type of business this is a MUST to have! Simplifies the workload, keeps everything tidy and has a LOT of power! I’ve been using this app for so many years it has become part of my daily routine even more than e-mails, text messaging or Office. The flexibility of yearly or monthly fees has been a plus for me as well.

What happened to the app? I’ve been using this for 10 years and suddenly all my stuff just got wiped.

This is an excellent finance app. The implementation is well thought of. Accounts are shown vertically and shows the beginning and ending balance of the period. The dashboard shows the recent transactions and gives information on upcoming transactions. It is easy to put on recurring entries. This is best of the financial apps out there. The only downside is the manual backup without the subscription. I wish there is an option to backup to iCloud, google drive, or dropbox as well as cross platform compatibility.
