### ***-- "Goede app, maar CarPlay-ondersteuning is dringend nodig!"
Ik gebruik de Izix-app regelmatig om vlot toegang te krijgen tot de parkeergarage. De app zelf werkt prima en doet wat hij moet doen, maar het ontbreken van Apple CarPlay-ondersteuning (en Android Auto) is in de praktijk echt een nadeel.
Als je komt aanrijden bij de slagboom, wil je om veiligheidsredenen liever niet je iPhone hoeven te ontgrendelen om de poort te openen. Het zou zo veel veiliger en comfortabeler zijn als er een simpele knop op het dashboardscherm van de auto zou verschijnen zodra je in de buurt van de slagboom bent.
Ontwikkelaars, aub: voeg CarPlay-integratie toe! Dit zou de app en de gebruikerservaring naar een veel hoger niveau tillen. Voor nu 3 sterren vanwege het gebruiksgemak op de telefoon zelf, maar het wachten is echt op de auto-integratie.

The app is quite useful and handy, but the capability to use it in CarPlay or androidcar would make it more useful, safe and in several countries cause less -expensive- fines….

1) La vue calendrier était bien mieux en terme d’ UX qu’une barre a scroller. 2) Les slots prédefinis limitent les chances d’avoir un petit creneau pour entrer, encore moins de chance pour trouver une place en last minute. 3) Malgré qu’on est pas sensé utiliser l’app dans la voiture, on sait que c un cas d’usage fréquent , donc il faut un minimum de manipulations. là vous avez rajouté plus de scrol horizontal, plus d’info sur l’ecran, plus de clics. et izix (old) puis une nouvelle à coté?? Si app design est votre core métier il est pt etre temps de changer ou d’emboucher qqun qui s’y connait.

De nieuwe app geeft slechts een weekoverzicht en dit weekoverzicht geeft je geen duidelijk inzicht in de reeds gereserveerde en niet gereserveerde dagen, in de oude app was de dag onderlijnd om aan te geven dat een reservatie aktiek was. Daarenboven is er een verschil in de mogelijke reservatieperiode, ik kan via de oude app een reservatie voorzien vanaf op dag x van de maand waar de nieuwe app dit niet toelaat en steeds teruggrijpt naar de voorafgaande kalenderdagen. Absoluut geen verbetering in fundamentele gebruikservaring voor mij. Visueel aantrekkelijker maar een sterke,functionele achteruitgang. Mijn werkgever verplicht het gebruik van deze app, functionele beperkingen stellen voor mij echte problemen .
