Jason Vale’s 5-Day Juice Diet

Was delighted to see that Jason condensed everything into a shopping list, only to discover that it's incorrect!!! He omits certain items - oranges & broccoli & incorrect quantities for others.

What an amazing app. I did the 7lbs in 7 days and it was fantastic but this is like a brilliant update with new recipes and ideas. Well worth the money. I followed the 2 apps one after the other and I lost 28lbs and I feel fantastic. I havent had this much energy in years.

I'm a bug fan of juicing and this app and programme are excellent. If u are new to juicing this is afab place to start. Just do it!!

I’ve been using Jason Vale’s plans for 12 years and this app since it came up probably 10 years ago. It’s been very easy to follow all the recipes. Last few times I’ve used it to do detox for 2 people/5 days - the grocery list shows 1 cucumber less it should show 4 cucumbers Other than that, it’s fantastic!

Please give refund. None of the videos work!

Was looking forward to this app, using on my ipad to help me focus during my 5 day juicing (I already have the book, but ipad easier to carry around). None of the videos work, and when i click on the Support section it closes the app down completely. Thinking of asking for my money back

I have now done this 5 day plan twice. It is excellent and I have lost around 5-7 pounds both times. I also was feeling sluggish, tired, digestive problems and skin issues. In these 5 days I have more energy, my digestive issues are gone and my skin is looking better. Don’t get me wrong, at the end I couldn’t wait for “real” food, but a great detox. The key thing is this helps reset your system. Stay away from sugars and processed foods afterwards. I’m on home cooked meals with plenty of veg now and feel great. Not only have I lost weight, but significant fat over my body - even the wife noticed!

I’m really sorry to find that the app doesn’t send the shopping list to my email 😐. It generates it but it doesn’t send it, telling me ‘You cannot send emails from this device’ on both my iPhone and iPad. I’m very disappointed because this was the reason I bought the app; I have the poster already. As I bought three Jason’s apps until now I noticed none of them send the shopping list and they don’t bother to fix this problem, many people complained about this for a long time and they’re the same...What a shame for Jason’s team...really!
