- Customize ANC: Select different noise cancelling level to enjoy the best sound on each occasion (available only on specific models)
- Smart Audio & Video: improve your audio that is adjusted to what you are doing (available only on specific models)
- Application Settings: App setting include Voice Assistant, Smart Audio & Video, Touch gesture setting, Product help, Tips, FAQ, etc, subject to different models.
- Gestures: allow you to change your button configuration based on your preference (available only on specific models)
- Headphone battery indicator: Displays the headphone battery level so you can quickly see how much playtime is left.
- Tips: Product tutorial will be found under Product help.
- FAQ: Allows you to find quick answer when using our JBL APP.
- Voice assistant setup: Allows you to select Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa as your voice assistant.

Jbl660nc tune not supported by the app
Hello
It’s a very helpful app for me and I know every time how much battery I have left on my headphones and I can change the settings through the app
Not possible to turn on stereo from monophonic
I have tried desperately to change from mono to stereo but this becomes to be almost impossible (initially both ear-pads were working perfectly but after a few uses ithe right pad changed to mono, without knowing the reason). I googled to find additional help -in case I do sthg wrong- and again the videos and techniques from users, didn’t help. Sorry to say, but I am very unpleased from my purchase. In your FAQ session, you do not help the user to fix this issue on his own (changing from mono to stereo) and the reset is deactivated when mono is operating!! So there is no hope but to stop buying from JBL.
Small disconnections
Hi there! 👋🏻 I love the JBL sound and earbuds (Live Pro 2 TWs). But I have small disconections on my iPhone. The disconnection may be less than 1 sec but it’s really annoying… Please give us an update fix for these disconnections and the earbuds may be the perfect! For me at least 🤞🏻 I hope, you’ll read this. Thanks 🙏🏻

Tried to connect above and realised 1) Greece does not appear in the countries support is available to( all other EU countries appear), product bought yesterday in Greece! 2) Product not supported
