just brought livefree 2 buds and i won’t connect to the app even though its paired to bluetooth

- Application Settings: App settings include Voice Assistant, Smart Audio & Video, Touch gesture setting, Product help, Tips, FAQ, etc, subject to different models.
- Gestures: allow you to change your button configuration based on your preference (available only on specific models)
- Headphone battery indicator: Displays the headphone battery level so you can quickly see how much playtime is left.

Can’t connect endurance run 2
Tried connecting endurance run 2 to the app but can’t find model in app. If you’re going to make an app make sure ALL products can connect. Just wasted an hour trying to get it to connect.
Help me if you can
I’ve had these headphones for adges but when I found out there was a app I downloaded it straight away but for some reason it wouldn’t let me connect then so if anyone could help please do
Can’t even open it up
I downloaded this for my new earbuds, and I’ve been waiting forever to download. No matter how long I wait, it won’t budge. I had to use third party apps to access settings.
The app keeps turning ambient sound control on
I've had JBL club Pro +tws for around 3 years, I never had this problem until recently. I'm not sure but it started turning my ambient sound control on everytime I connect the earphone to my phone, right after I updated my earphone buds and the app. If I turned it off, I don't need the app to turn it on again for me. I want it off forever. I hope this could be fixed, as it's quite annoying

My headphones were working fine for a month but now there is a horrific high pitched noise constantly coming out of one side
