Charging issue
I’ve had the JBL’s for less than a year and the right ear piece will not charge.

- Application Settings: App setting include Voice Assistant, Smart Audio & Video, Touch gesture setting, Product help, Tips, FAQ, etc, subject to different models.
- Gestures: allow you to change your button configuration based on your preference (available only on specific models)
- Headphone battery indicator: Displays the headphone battery level so you can quickly see how much playtime is left.
- Tips: Product tutorial will be found under Product help.
- FAQ: Allows you to find quick answer when using our JBL APP.

Worst head phones I’ve ever purchased
Do not buy this trash has endless issues ! It’s stuck on quiet , disconnects constantly, makes loud screeching sound whenever it feels like , like 2am screaming cause battery is almost dead out of no where. The ear rubber parts wear out fast and don’t stay in ears , the connection issues are endless my Status ear buds make these look like trash

Won’t connect
I have the JBL live pro 2 tws and once it disconnects it won’t reconnect to the app. I have to restart my phone to connect again. It will connect to Bluetooth and function but I can even tune it in the app to adjust the way I like fix the app!
Sound volume fluctuates
I like the JBL 3 because the battery life is amazing, but the quality of the sound is questionable. I’m going to return them because every movie, music, things that I would really like to listen to at a louder volume or limited. Also, if I’m connected to something with a decent / higher volume, somehow the volume changes. I have to disconnect and reconnect to get a louder volume. Once I’m at a slightly higher volume, I can’t turn it up higher. I feel like the product is stuck at four or five when it should go up to 10. Plus, the base is trash. These are designed for wearing in the house or in a car in a quiet environment. They’re definitely not designed for the gym or running. Other than the 15+ hour battery life, and they are comfortable in my ear, I’m not sold on these.
