Can not mange anything concerning the speakers. Can’t disconnect devices that have previously connection to the speaker that now connect first and have priority over you phone According to jbl they only want us to know about the battery level, name of the speaker and how to pair. The speaker has buttons for all features except for management and that was the main reason for downloading the app

The app doesn’t support jbl charge 2+…..?

App doesn’t find my speaker and headphones at all. How else can I update the malware?

Best small package ever…worth the money I’m going to upgrade to a bigger package very soon.

I installed this app to fix the problem with my extreme that switches off on its own. The issue Im having is connecting the app with the device. Any advice or another app I could use?

I cant connect to my charge essential 2!

I cannot connect my brand new JBL GO 4 after the latest update of the app. I even tried a hard reset, but nothing. My speaker connects just fine with the 6.4.20 app version on another iPhone, so it's not the speaker that's at fault.

Very disappointing, the app won’t connect to any of the speakers I have. Despite multiple reboots.

App sometimes does not find my speaker, even when I’m already connected to the speaker. This happens way too often. Not much to the app as well. Pretty basic controls, but I guess there isn’t much else to expect.
