Cannot access content
Twice now I have attempted to subscribe to this app ($30/month) and have then been unable to access content. Customer service is initially responsive but then ghosts me when they “can’t find” my account. This is even after sending them screenshots of my subscription and credit card statement. Very frustrating, especially bc I have been in pain and have actually wanted to access the exercises. It may be a good program, but I would have no way of knowing that based on my experience.
