Love the app but...
Been playing for years and it won’t let me log into my account to link with Facebook...lost all my progress! Very frustrating!
CAN’T MAKE ANY PUZZLE
I cannot make a single puzzle at all!! It keeps saying an error have happen and to try again which I do. I have perfect internet, there’s nothing wrong and no reason for it to be having this many issues just to make a custom puzzle
Wont create personal photo puzzles
This program used to let me create puzzles from my own pictures and now it says problem creating, try again, on every picture i try and every possible number of pieces…UGH. Does anyone know a jigsaw puzzle program that works?
Resolution too fuzzy
You strain your eyes trying to focus on something that can’t be focused on.
“Bait and switch” on puzzle pack purchases
While I have used this app for years I started noticing over the past year that when I purchase puzzle packs the puzzles I actually get have only a few puzzles shown in the pack. The rest are substituted with other puzzles of lesser quality and sizes. I would not even purchase the packs if I knew which puzzles were actually included. The puzzle packs are also getting uglier with many photos of ridiculous things like candy and photos that look like they were taken by amateurs.There is no reason for this to happen and is very unfair to customers. I hope the developers fix this issue. I am also sending my complaint to Apple.
Disappointed
downloaded this while on the hunt for a good puzzle app. i never got to play since it lags a few moments after opening the app. i have an up to date iphone 13 mini, with really good connection to wifi. why this is happeneing, i have no clue. very disappointing. While reading other reviews, i’ve noticed this is problem that mentioned a lot. Hopefully this issue is resolved.

Best Game Ever!!!
Years back I played on Facebook. I played over 1000 puzzles. I would love to get that account back . You can just escape to a peaceful place and the puzzles are beautiful!!
