disconnect frequently
sometimes disconnect frequently and trouble to reconnect. even mobile around the tag
App silent region
Silent region for jio tag air is not working. I spite putting silent for wifi and geofencence it is not working only quick Silent is working

I wish this app was on Apple Watch too!!!
Need improvements in the app
The app need some improvements for jio motive, suddenly it gonna offline, resolve those issue, everything works well.
Must needed app for all cars
Need to work on lag and latency

Sometimes it’s shows disconnected for some reason and it doesn’t come online for days / most of time it works properly
bad experience with jio Not receiving current update for my car
I recently tried the Jio things car GPS and have been extremely disappointed. The live tracking feature is almost non-existent, with updates taking over 24 hours to reflect. The quality of the product is subpar, and customer support has been unresponsive. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and i feel like i’ve wasted my money on jio product. I expected much better from them. Avoid if you want reliable service!!
Not receiving push notifications and sound alerts
What’s the use of device when I can’t receive sound and push notifications of jiomotive device , have mailed no resolution provided , your service is getting from bad to worse

Not making sound when notification comes, receiving silent notification.
