Simple to use. Does exactly what is intended. Checking availability and notification of completion when charging.

I have so many issues logging in to the app. Firstly, the app not remembering your previous login details is time consuming. Then when I enter my login details the app says I don’t have an account or reloads to the sign in screen to start again 🤦‍♀️
Other times when logging in it spends so much time thinking and nothing happens. 

Another issue is when you’re about to charge but then someone can hit the ‘reserve’ on the app. I had an argument with another user who was telling me to move as they reserved it but they did it well after I had already parked and was getting the charger off the wall.

Occasional glitches initiating a charge and usually displays around 2kw more than the actual charge rate. 

Calling these fast chargers because they are DC is a bit misleading. A free 3 phase AC charger at the supermarket is only marginally slower on my model EV. (19kw vs 17kw)

Also a bit rich hiking the subscription price 50% from $10 up to $15 in one go. 

Otherwise a dependable service unlike other networks.

Not happy with the account setup process. Email verification codes are delayed by 4 minutes and then sends you in a loop “account incomplete” “email already verified”

Requests substantial data unnecessary for charging, repeatedly attempts to convince the user to change location permissions from “only while using”, presents a cumbersome signup sequence, and attempts to trick the user into subscribing to repeated payments rather than simply letting them pay for a charge.

Simple to use app, quick connection. I love the feature showing how long till a charger will be free, and ability to reserve charger on Plus subscription is worthy feature!

The but? It would be great to have a button in the app to report a faulty charger and or to connect direct with customer service in real time! Not all chargers show wait time when in use??

I used to like this charging system but not now since recent changes.

Today I had the experience pulling up to a free charger and starting a charge and plugging in when someone not even there was able to reserve charger in the moment I’d plugged in thereby cancelling my charge and making the whole experience a waste of time. 

To me like someone behind you at a petrol station reversing the bowser you lined up for. This will end up starting fights and extremely frustrating.

I’ve only used this app a few times, great idea and love the free 7kw charging. If they had more chargers in the northern suburbs of Melbourne I would definitely sign up for the premium+ as I charge everyday from 40-60kwh
