This app supposedly allows you to opt out of cookies, then hides the option at the bottom of the screen where you can neither select it, nor scroll to the option. I’m trying to set up my account info, but literally cannot enter any of my information as again, there is no way to scroll down on that secretion of the form. It doesn’t take “up to 45 seconds” like the screen says, and it doesn’t time out after 3 minutes like the help screen says, as far as I can tell. If it’s not a scam, it might as well be. I don’t typically write bad reviews. Jolt has taken over all of the charging stations at the outlet mall in Michigan I use to charge my EV on a frequently made long distance trip. It was frustrating enough to have to add yet another app just to charge up. But this app seems to have a fatal flaw.. when you get to the point where it says it will send a confirmation email… it stops. Nothing happens. No email. No option to move forward. Just an endless loop. There is no way to add a credit card number. So no way to charge the car Normally I would just move on the Tesla chargers at the same outlet mall and use my adapter.. but nope, Jolt has apparently gotten rid of, or taken over the tesla chargers so there is truely no where to charge. I had to drive another 17 minutes out of the way to charge. Fortunately I had enough energy in my battery. Please get this fixed! I will stick with Meijer stores and electrify America for the foreseeable future -- Be43, 2026-04-09 ### *---- "Beware of sale tax" Jolt took over few of the shell recharge ev station in my area. Which I didn’t mind since they didn’t change the free 60 min charging. But, now they did in some area because from what they told me the free 60 min limit was just a promotional. Which by the way is a bs excuse because shell never did that and they’ll announce or notify people that are using their ev app if there’ll be any changes. Which jolt didn’t do. Now, my main point giving this review is beware when charging as they will also charge you sales tax on top of their $1 service fee and idle fee oh and a minimum price of $0.50.
