Journi Print | Photobooks

I have just put my prints from our lastest holiday in an album using Journi Print . It has been so easy to do! I really like that it pin points the places where the pictures were taken on a map and dates them . The quality of the albums is great too.I have used them every time since I found them .

Expensive even with the big discount….. Great website though and easy/fun to use and create a memory photograph book…

Saw this on an ad and took the plunge, it came back a few weeks later and we’re both blown away, stunning quality and the pictures from out Madeira vacation now have a home instead of stuck on our iPhone. The location map is a lovely part of you have geolocation info on the pictures. Will be using Journi again.

We came back from holiday and decided to out our photos in a printed album instead of just keeping them on or phone and in the cloud, As I was looking through FB an advert came up regarding Journi so I decided to give it a go and downloaded it. From start to finish the app is very easy to use and you can move your photos how you want them. Finished off designing the layout etc and waited for delivery, Journi keeps you up to date with notifications and the book arrived, I must admit the finished copy is excellent and very good quality. It’s great how the photo book also shows you the places you have been with the map. Great quality and will be definitely planning our next journey so we can purchase another book.

To start I liked the service app was easy to create my book. Posted swiftly. The photo book was a hit as a Christmas present. After a month the pages started to fall out. I contacted them via email which they was of no help what so ever. Offered me a discount code for a future purchase which I had no use for. After I declined this they took to ignoring my emails. Lovely photo book just poor page adhesive & poor customer service.

I accidentally deleted a draft from a book I made with over 100 pages Firstly it would have been helpful If a further button came up to say do you really want to delete Secondly I’ve contacted help to see if it can be retrieved in any way and yet even after several e mails no one has got back to me 😥

Ordered on 15th Nov 2023 but no updates on delivery then found out after extensive follow ups on emails that apparently the first print didn’t look good and they want to re-make it which is fine but should let customer know at least there’ll be a delay. Final product came was excellent!

Discount doesn’t work but ty e app is super clever

After using several different apps for photo albums Journi is by far the best one, the quality of the books they create are stunning. I am so pleased with mine and will be using them from now on.

I had previously been using Photobox and the app was terrible. Journi was much quicker and I like the extras of added dates etc! Good discount for joint (30%)
