I need to send my mother a medicine which I bought here in KL cheaper than my hometown. The parcel already in Pasir Mas. 3 times to attemp sending the parcel but uncessful. The staff didnot call me or my mom.and lastly the comment said the receiver will collect the parcel. And latest yesterday, it claimed sender ask to return? Which was not my command. I paid RM7 for what?

I’m using iPhone 14 max pro. I dont know if its happen to anyone else, so i mention my phone version here. The app does not show any record when I already key in parcel to send. It is hassle for me to get someone else to key it for me from their phone. I’ve cleared my cache, delete and reinstall, nothing happen. The app is useless for me cannot do anything.
