## JTNY Reviews in Ägypten

### *---- "Ride prices"
The prices don’t make any sense.
-- Kh@moh, 2025-10-16

### *---- "Hilariously expensive"
Hilariously expensive with no reason. Other service providers are much better.
-- oldwise2, 2025-10-16

### *---- "Facing an error while logging in using apple login"
Can’t even login
-- AbdullahHKhalil, 2025-10-14

### *---- "App keeps crashing and won’t let me sign up"
I couldn’t even use the service because the app keeps crashing every time I try to sign up. Very frustrating experience — hope the developers fix this soon.
-- El Boss El Kabeer, 2025-10-14

### ***** "ممتاز"

-- ZA12234£, 2025-10-06

### ***** "The Best Cab in Town"
JTNY Cab is very safe and secure. The rides are luxurious and comfortable. 🚘

It’s the most efficient and reliable transport in town.
Drivers are professional and on time. 🤩

They offer flexible payment methods: Cash, Credit/ Debit Cards, and Wallet Transfers.💰

I recommend JTNY Cab to anyone who wants a special journey.👌🏼
-- Mody El Mohder, 2025-09-26

### *---- "OTP"
I’ve been trying to sign in, but the OTP is not sending me any SMS on my phone. I tried multiple times and even deleted and reinstalled the app, but it still doesn’t work. Without the OTP, I can’t log in or use the app at all. Please fix this issue as soon as possible—it’s very frustrating.
-- yasmine☆, 2025-08-31

### *---- "Terrible app design and terrible customer service."
The app is very poorly made and very laggy, I tried cancelling a trip 20 minutes in advance but the application was not responding and customer support was not responding. When I finally managed to cancel the ride I was charged a 170 EGP cancellation fee and on top of that I was still charged 350 EGP for the ride even though it was cancelled and charged a second cancellation fee of 20 EGP. I ended up being charged more than the trip itself and when I contacted support they said they would reach out to the responsible team and they would contact me regarding a refund but I have received no follow up for weeks. The only positive factor about this company is that the cars are nice, but other than that the management and the UX design are horrible.

### *---- "Can’t sign up"
How do you expect us to try the service while the app doesn’t allow us to sign up, it keeps saying email is not valid, whatever the email you enter. Needs to be fixed or at least you should have a proper developers to test this out before launching
-- Bebos86, 2025-08-11

### ***** "Ease"
Magnificent service
