Waste of time, effort and energy

This is the glitchiest game I have ever played. If it doesn’t constantly freeze during the ‘Watch Adds’ which means you have to restart the game again and again and …….. when you report issues with the game to the Help Centre, these go ignored. I also have problems with closing the adds at the end, without them taking me to the website I have no interest in or having to press X again and again and again…… and fingers crossed this works, which is often not the case.

I used to love this game , however on numerous occasions I’ve had to contact support over several issues not once have they accepted responsibility for faults I.e game not connecting to the webstore , messages saying payment failed on purchases , game freezing I could go on & on its now getting to the stage I no longer want to play .the amount of money I’ve spent is ridiculous again at the moment my game is not connecting to the webstore

Good game bar the decorating

The hidden object game here is really well done. It’s a pity the game is let down by the boring decorating element that eats time and adds very little to the game. Not helped by the fact that levelling up the island is required to progress in the actual game and a lot of coins and hours are required to get enough flowers for level ups. This would be a really strong game if it wasn’t hobbled by the decorating. Update; I’ve now played several more levels and the decorating is still a chore. I’ve mastered every level but have to play mastered levels for coins and wait hours upon hours for items once bought. It’s a shame as the levels are genuinely good and clever, but artificially slowing progress and locking it behind absurd amounts of coins/wait times is a really poor game design.

I love the game and long time supporter here BUT I have to put the ball back in your court and say YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT SHOWING SCAM ADVERTS!!!! Martin Lewis is very respected in the UK and does not condone false advertising using AI generated images etc to promote scam financial activity. Please start to only agree to legitimate advertising as I keep seeing more and more scam advertising I cannot condone. Do not tell me you have no control. You do so sort immediately !!!!

Why has it suddenly risen from 10/15 energy to rise today to 35 energy I’d the#e changes keep happening I will. O longer play the game. I have been playing for 7 years but I think this is too rich

Why has my access to this game stopped? Every time I try to play I cannot get this game to open. It reaches 60 per cent, says it’s getting there but gets no further. What is happening?

Email gifts not working

For quite a number of weeks now, Whenever I receive an email which includes a free gift (stars etc) and click on the link, it asks me if I want to open, to which I click ‘yes’. I am then taken to the store where I have to search for June’s Journey, click to open, but nothing happens. Are you experiencing problems as I have missed out on so many free gifts. I love playing the game but this issue is now getting serious.

Latest upgrade has turned me off completely. The increase from 20 energy to 40 energy to play a scene and reducing from 10 energy to 5 energy to watch an advert is not worth playing the game. I am now deleting the app.
