Very bad customer service , they don’t reply

الخادمات اللي يجون بالساعات مافيه مجال اختار الخادمة انا ؟؟ كل مابي اختار يطلع لي نفس اللي جتني كانت سييئة

يتم التلاعب في تقييم المغاسل ، حيث تحجب التقييمات، قمت بتقييم wash out laundry ضعيف لانعدام الجودة ، فتم حجب التقييم ! التطبيق فاشل لا يحمي العملاء

نصابين دفعت اخر شي قالوا مافي عمال متاحين اكلمهم محد يرد

There is one of the landrys burned my deshdash, im trying for more than one week to get my refund, the customer service has no phone number you can call , when you use live chat they answer you in 48 hours I don’t know how live is that. And I still didn’t get my refund.

تطبيق سهل التعامل فيه وحلو انه يوفر كل الاشياء اللي ممكن نحتاجها جامعها لنا بتطبيق واحد بس . دقه في المواعيد ونظافه تامه وشغل مرتب .

My husband ordered cleaning service from the app a week ago, when I came back apartment was full of dust, under the beds n tables n sofas, kitchen also under dry rack beside sink it was muddy none moves it. They take the chance that my husband did not supervise them( he got 2 women ) . The worst experience ever, and he paid 20Kd for nothing.
