Very unprofessional application which deals with a very bad and inexperienced laundries

I have two issues with the company. The first, is that I received a torn dishdasha from a laundry.. the just clean refused to reimburse me for its amount, unless i upload a picture of the receipt.. who keeps a receipt of a garment bought 1 year ago? all they did was credit my account with a 3.75 kd.. (keeping in mind it’s worth over KD 23) it’s their policy they said. The second issue is cancelling my pickup/dropoff schedule without prior notice. I receive a call every now and then with new schedules and they don’t even stick to them. My only reason for subscribing with Justclean was the lack of nuisance in contacting laundries with the continuous phone calls and assuring my laundry is picked up/dropped off in time, turns out Just clean offers no advantage whatsoever over regular 1-1 laundries. Unsubscribing, and wouldn’t recommend it.

البرنامج صاير ما يفتح بعد التحديث و بطيء جدا

They claim on their app, if you refer a friend, each one of you will get 1.5 kd free credit, but guess what, there’re lying, no one get anything, and the customer service is really poor and manipulative. Not Recommended at all

خدمه سيئه جدا لا يحترمون التوقيت

حاطين تم التوصيل ولما اخاطبهم يقولون راح نتصل عليك ونلاقي حل والى يومك هذا محد اتصل علي وخدمه العملاء ماعندهم غير كلمه تم رفع الطلب .. نصيحه انحاشوا عن التطبيق خدمه العملاء سيئه جدا جدا

The customer service is really slow and really useless. Any comments delivered to them never been used or took under consideration. Especially the house cleaning service!!
