After update on iOS 17.4.1 daily text, downloaded publication for midweek meetings and Sunday meetings are gone. but if i look onto downloaded publication or any documents, its there. Please help and fix. I cannot use JW library

I really like the way you developed this app. It made our bible study more easier

I’m just hoping sync feture for all the notes can be added maybe for those who have jwpub. Is that too ambitious? P.S. One star was just for this to be noticed. Otherwise, amazing app!

Thank you for making all the publications available and accessible anytime anywhere. I also love the app’s ability to save notes and music. This made field ministry easier- in terms of searching bible texts, we dont need to carry a lot with us. This also helps with how we present the topic we would like to discuss during our ministry with some videos. Speaking of ministry. I would like to suggest if possible an all that can make our reporting easier as well. Reporting can be done thru the app. If its tedious, how about an app calendar which can track the hours plus the magazines we placed. There lost track of time or number of magazines I placed.

This is a very good feature from the app. I love using it especially with the tags. However, it would be more useful if the feature have bullets, text indention, text highlight or underline, bold letters or italics and the like. Another, linked bible text, linked videos, linked references, and linked publications on notes would be an awesome feature for faster navigation. Uploading a photo for illustrations can be amazing as well! During talks, having this kind of features would be amazing! This suggestions can help me personally to study more effectively.

Dear Brothers, Thank you for your continuing hard work in providing us with this tool. This has been an enormous help in simplifying the way we study and conduct bible studies. We pray to Jehovah that you don’t tire out so that his spiritual blessings continue to abundantly pour. Thank you and we love you. As a request for improvement, I hope there was a post it note like paper when adding notes to a particular text or word so that study notes could simply be clicked and referred to. Makes note taking more organized.

Hoping we can have instrumental versions for original song so we can sing along with it. Thank you for all your hard works, our dear brothers and sisters. Jehovah will surely bless all your fine works.

Thanks to this, now I can put all my fave original songs in one playlist! I also made playlists for ministry which I organized it by topic. From pictures to videos to songs, there’s just no limit to what I can add. Thank you Jehovah for making this possible. I’m just hoping that lyrics will be added for the original songs on the jw app, so it’s easy for us to memorize them. I would love to have that feature.

Thank you very much for your efforts and sacrifices in making, developing, and maintaining the JW Library App. It really is a gift from Jehovah for us to keep traveling on "the Way of Holiness." We would like to report some issues/bugs though. We don't know if it's from the latest update or if we just accumulated so many notes since May 2017. We are noticing some serious lag/delay (like 3-5 seconds) when using the JW Library App. This is more noticeable when you are trying to type a note. We think this has to do with having so many notes. We tried troubleshooting it by deleting and reinstalling the JW Library app in iPhone 14 Pro and iPad Pro 11 2021 (M1). We downloaded the Study Bible and May 2023 Watchtower. We didn't download any other publications/movies to isolate lag that may come from so many of it. We typed some notes and found that there is no lag. However, when we restored our backup file, which contains thousands of notes, even though the downloaded publication is just the Study Bible and the Watchtower, it lags when you type a note. Another minor issue/bug that we felt in the latest release is when highlighting. Sometimes it highlights and then registers it as a swipe left/right, and therefore it goes to the next/previous article/chapter. It seems it has something to do with the delay required in tapping, or maybe in the accuracy needed (i.e. we need to tap the word more carefully). Suggestion, maybe we can have the option in the settings to disable the swipe to go to the next/previous article or chapter, and just tap a button/location to go back/forward. Lastly, we would like to suggest an automatic syncing feature so that our notes/highlights automatically sync with our devices. This will prevent an overwriting scenario, like for example, when our parents take a note on their iPad, then forget to manually create a backup from iPad and restore it to iPhone. And then, after a few days, both of the devices have recent but different highlights/notes. Again these are just minor issues. Maybe the bigger one is we might have to part with our accumulated notes/gems in order to not experience the lag. It seems this is also the case even in Apple Notes or Google Keep, once we accumulated so many notes. Thank you very much again brothers. We really appreciate your hard work.
