I’m not sure what to say about the app but it’s fantastic

I love the opportunity to be able to note down answers in the boxes now being provided. However I have been having problems with some of my comments disappearing once I have left the page which is quite disconcerting, so I thought you should know. Also, would you please tell me how to report any future, possible technical problems please. Many thanks, your sister

Thank you brothers for all the amazing work and new features. On think I’l love is if we could have two instances of the app side by side. I serve in a foreign language usage and have to have either two devices or open WOL in a browser to view the material in both languages. If we could have more than one on the iPad, then we could make notes in both study articles at the same time.. Just. Thought.. thank you ;)

This is my favourite app. Without it I’d be lost. Thanks for all the hard work to develop such a beneficial app a d most of all thanks to Jehovah God for making this possible.

Dear brothers! Thank you for making this app, it is invaluable. Please know we appreciate your hard work. Two features I would appreciate. 1 “Download All” feature where on button downloads everything in to jw library without having to manually download each item. 2 “Highlight in the research guide” feature where highlighting in the research guide from the bible allows the ability to highlight research guide notes. Kind regards your brother in the truth. Update: dear brother there should be a way of reporting issues with the jw library app from within the app. For example my iPad simply will not update when checking for new content. It consistently report “check failed” I have tried force rebooting my iPad and the jw library app. Short of deleting the app and reinstalling it I can’t fix this issue. I personally feel there is a bug in the app and it needs an update please 😬

I’m a Jehovah Witness so I use this app a lot and it is fantastic it is never behind it is so accurate and it’s just awesome

Thank you so much for all the hard work that goes in to creating such a valuable tool. One suggestion please, would it be possible to have the option to “Copy with Caption” as in the Watchtower Library program. This would be most useful in keeping track of where a reference is from and save much time in copying and pasting. Thank you.
