Can’t get it to connect via wifi or Bluetooth. Get a blue blinking lite but it never connects. Don’t wast your money!!!

This lower rating is for my earlier review. This app lets you change the verbal report but not the rating. Ok so the camera worked once then didn’t I tried the second one did not work. The sims card does not work. Apparently there is a security issue with the network they want you to link to so you can set up to your net work. My IT provider won’t let it and there is warnings all over the place. Caution warrented

Won’t pair with camera. Total waste of money

Struggling to set up. The downloadable app will not accept any form of payment so I am unable to watch any cloud message. In addition to that the memory card did not fit the slot. Kept getting a notice that the card was not found so while trying to get the memory card to sit properly it fell into the camera. There is no way to get it out, no way to watch any recordings. We can see ourselves in the camera but the point was to be able to see who is in the room when we are not there. Unfortunately I bought this off from Facebook best gadgets for 2024 list so not exactly sure where to return it to my money back. Guess I won’t be using that again and or this camera. Deleting the program.

Downloaded the app but the Privacy Policy and Service Agreement would not load. Wanted to read them before I agreed in order to create my account. Without these the app is not ready for consumer use and violates the law. Tried to follow the instructions to link the camera with my Bluetooth. I got the flashing blue light but did not connect. Turned off camera to restart pairing, but this time it wouldn't turn on. Tried to recharge the camera but the charging USB cable did not fit the hole on the camera. Very disappointed, will return and request a refund!!!

I really can’t in all good conscious even give this product 1 star. Have charged the product, and attempted to follow, the poorly written instructions. Save your money, and buy a higher quality product. This camera sounded to good to be true, and it was.

Don’t waste your money!

I bought 4 Cameras & 4 SIMs cards they will not connect to the app. I purchased these cameras from Pixilens Pro. I paid $158.xx for $1 plastic cameras. They say they have a 30 day full return policy, I called for a return ticket, and was only offered a 50% return, after arguing with them they offered me 75% refund. Always, Always purchase thru PayPal, thru PayPals resolution center, I sent the return policy, how much I paid with by dilemma, and got a full refund thru PayPal from Margin Holdings. DO NOT purchase these cameras thru PixiLens Pro, they are cheap, will not connect thru the app, and will not stay charged more than a few days. One of the cameras didn’t even work.

I purchased three with three Sim cards and not one of them works. Light blinks ,I have your wifi downloaded to my phone. WiFi opens but never connects. So you all get an F
