Once again this app isn’t even able to be used. It’s hot garbage now. Cant even load anything. Last time it was messing up it wouldn’t even let people log back in. Just shows the screen all blank and won’t load a thing. Either fix the app or get rid of it completely.

I am getting a error code an I am unable to access anything on it and school will be starting soon.

I put in the log in info and click login and nothing the button won’t work. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled same issue, rebooted my phone same issue can’t get past the login page. It doesn’t load doesn’t say anything just does nothing.

My daughter is going to 3rd grade and I’ve had this app since she was in Kindergarten. It’s works good and I like checking her schedule daily. Once in a while there’s an IT issue, but it’s resolved quickly.

I LOVE this app on the days it chooses to work. But most of the time it doesn’t load a single thing. I hope they can get the bugs out cuz it truly has a lot of potential.

Bug: The app is in operable as the login button doesn’t work. When I say doesn’t work, I mean when you click it nothing happens. It only highlights the word login. The true functionality of the login button is to login. My phone is updated to the latest operating system. I wouldn’t have, updated this app if I wasn’t prompted to.

Hello! I would like to start off by saying I am currently 17 years old, and enrolled in the program. The program itself is amazing, and I love all my teachers. My grade in math has never been better, and it’s an amazing opportunity for my anxiety to not go crazy every time I want to learn, only to get home and not do any work because I’m completely exhausted. I have already seen another student review when scrolling down a bit, and I would like to point out that everything they said happens in an actual, in person, school. If you need extra help, you go to a teacher, if you want to socialize you usually talk in class, or there are after school clubs to join. And to make another point, I have realized that the students are a lot nicer in this program than public school. Probably because a lot of us are introverts, and don’t like talking much to people anyways. In my experience. This program was advertised to me as college prep for those who want to be on that path, and I have to say, that’s exactly what it is, at least for my grade. The schedule is something you would expect when going into college/university, and so are the teachers. The app itself, is not great. The fact that there’s no student portal in order to check your schedule and grades bothers me immensely with the fact that I have to sign in online every time I do check. My guardian tried to let me use the learning coach account, but nothing even showed up on there anyways. Having a student portal would do wonders for staying on task, because it would be so much easier just to go into the app and check your status to make sure everything is up to date, and you have no missing assignments while also just checking your schedule and planning your day. Well, that’s all I can think of at the moment.

I haven’t been able to access the app in over a month. I’ve tried contacting my student’s teacher, I’ve reset my login credentials. The app just won’t allow me to log in.

I mainly use this for all of my child’s school stuff and now I can’t 😏

Not all k12 schools are the same. Mine is amazing, wonderful, perfect, everything. So just enroll, if u don’t like it then just leave. No need to worry. Also the app is good in my opinion but other people think otherwise. Have a good day!
