Worst medical aid ever, worst app of the year. It won’t even let you sign in or let you reset your password. And I experienced this through my updated iPhone X iOS 16.7.10. All I wanted was for you guys to answer my call after waiting for 14 minutes for one of your operators to answer my call so they can give me the code for my pre-approval that I needed in order to visit the doctor!!!

I’ve only been able to log into this app once and never again. Has it ever even received an update? Every other review about this app says the same thing about a log in issue and you responded with the most generic response known to customer service which is probably an automated response. Rather shut it down.
