Jeg kan se app er opdateret med nyt logo, hvor er alle mine dyre købte kurser nu blevet af?

Der er plads til forbedringer. Det er svært at koble to forskellige emails til den samme konto. Efter utallige forsøg, har jeg næsten givet op. Det tager lang tid at uploade kursus med video og lydfiler. Hver gang jeg har gået ud af app’en, uploader den på ny igen næste gang jeg logger ind. Videoer hakker og stopper pludselig midt i det hele, hvor jeg må lukke app’en og starte forfra igen. Ellers en god app, som er god at have med på farten.

Det er svært for kunder at skifte betalings kort fra app’en, og svært at finde rundt i hvor de ellers skal gøre det.
Det ville klart være bedst og nemmest at kunne gøre fra app’en. 

Ellers en god app til at følge, se og gennemføre kurser. Overskuelig og nem at bruge.

Super convenient to have all classes in one place! I will say the mobile appearance could be a bit sleeker and look more professional, but as it doesn't have to do with functionality that's not too important. The main difficulty is that the sound sometimes simply does not work, making it impossible to do the classes. I've cross checked with headphones/speaker/wifi connection and all other platforms work. Is there anything to be done about this? Thank you.

Kajabi generally works well, but a major flaw and frustration is that links included in comments appear as plain text and are not clickable. The obvious workaround - copying the link text then pasting it into a browser - won’t work either, because text in comments also can’t be selected. 

This is a major problem in courses where instructors respond to questions by referring to supplementary materials in videos, podcasts and other media. The user has to forego all those references, or give up on mobile and revert to the desktop version of the course, which more or less defeats the purpose of having a mobile course platform. 

I’ve been told that Kajabi have been asked to address this, but without result.

Hej, jeg er lidt utilfreds med det store format, jeg bruger min I Pad så de træningsvideoer er meget små når det ikke fylder hele skærmen.
Jeg har efterhånden meget der ligger herinde og det er samme problem med dem alle.

Superdejligt med en APP, så mine kurser er let tilgængelige.
Men er det ikke muligt at få visningen i “landscape” dvs. liggende på min iPad?
