I purchased coins to buy some chapters, each chapter is 140 coins. I had 623 I was able to lock 1 chapter and all my coins went down to 47. Can you please explain why this happened? I would like a refund as I purchased 1400 coins and couldn’t unlock more chapters
Stay away from this app. Despite paying £15 per week, they impose restrictions on watching videos. You can’t enjoy any series because the episodes are too short, and the coins they give for watching videos are so limited that you can’t watch everything. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of them.
I love it
Because they used to offer you a chance to watch 10 adverts and get 10 episodes for free. Because of this, I was grateful and paid for some coins, but ever since I made a payment, the free ad option disappeared and the coins ran out in less than 5 minutes- £5.99 to watch 4 minutes is insane. If the free ad option doesn’t come back I’ll be switching to a different short show app, but I’m gutted. Now I have to watch 10 ads just to watch 1 episode. With the free options in order to finish my current show it would cost £120! (& I’m half way through already) Please bring back the ad option.
I absolutely love the app. I’m loving all the stories that I can watch, especially the Chinese ones. They just keep you getting and they keep you on your feet.
The episodes cost are not fixed and changes sometimes forcing u to buy more coins /bonus cant watch anything unless u pay for it tbh
Paid for weekly and cannot watch all episodes as it says need to buy coins after few episodes. Total con don’t pay, unless someone can tell me how to watch .
I’ve tried a number of short drama apps and so far Kalos is my favourite. Not only for the variety of shows available but also the quality. I only wish it had the weekly or monthly subscription to watch videos. Though I have noticed with its daily 10 free episodes with watching ads, it disappears for a number of days and I had originally though it was because some shows were not given this option much like the way the final few episodes of the dramas can only be unlocked with coins but this doesn’t seem to be the case, so I’m unsure why why this seems to happen.
I was enjoying the short story a lot as it was refreshing and very new so I decide to describe with my understanding of subscriptions once you pay for a week or a month you should be able to watch as much as you want but as I came to realise it’s not the case with this system as it wants me to subscribe and top up coins as well which ideally doesn’t make sense to me at all due to this I don’t think I’ll be using this app anymore
I paid the weekly subscription but episodes did not open and said I had to buy more coins. Have used lots of other short drama apps which are far better and offer unlimited viewing for the weekly subscription
