### *---- "Ne marche pas sur iPhone"
Je m’étais tourné vers cette app car je n’étais pas satisfaite du contrôle parental de l’iPhone.
L’application Sage Kids ne fonctionne pas sur iPhone:
- il est impossible de mettre des limites par application, cela doit être fait dans le contrôle parental de l’iPhone (cela est il est vrai indiqué sur le site de Kaspersky)
- par contre, les choses suivantes devraient fonctionner mais cela n’est pas le cas: blocage des apps après un temps limite d’utilisation, suivi de l’activité des enfants sur l’application des parents. La seule chose qui fonctionne est le blocage des apps pendant la période non autorisée. 
- combiner les fonctions du contrôle parental iPhone et de Safe Kids ne marche pas. Il n’y a aucun contrôle de l’activité des enfants.
- de plus, l’application parentale bug régulièrement sur iPhone. Une fois le code saisi ou le Face ID reconnu, on reste sur cette page et la seule solution est de désinstaller l’app et de la réinstaller 

J’ai échangé de multiples e-mails avec le service clients, qui m’a demandé d’installer une autre app pour récupérer des logs sur l’iPhone de l’enfant, mais impossible ensuite de récupérer ces logs et de leur envoyer. Et pendant ce temps, mes enfants ont un temps d’écran illimité en dehors des heures d’arrêt ! Une catastrophe !

Je vous déconseille fortement cette app.

de changer mon code (cela ne fonctionne pas);  le rapport d’activité indique 1 minute d’utilisation alors que ma fille a déjà été dessus pendant 1h30! J’aimerais pouvoir bloquer certaines applications mais en laisser une or
sur IOS c’est impossible. Je vais devoir essayer une autre application de contrôle parental. Dommage
