## KCPC Description
KCPC Elevator is a field service app where operators create and assign service tasks to resolve customer elevator issues. When an operator assigns a task, technicians receive notifications, review detailed task information, and can approve or reject the assignments directly within the app. Once approved, technicians can upload detailed reports on the customer's problem, perform technical updates, and call the customer directly for better communication. This app ensures efficient task management and smooth communication between operators, technicians, and customers.
