Best password keeper app
Been using it since 7-8 years without any issue. The backend team is super helpful and is always quick to respond!!! Must download
Not allowing me to delete my data
Why your app is asking me to pay for yearly subscription and not allowing me to delete my data. If I don’t want to purchase the yearly plan which is too costly and want to delete all my saved records before uninstalling this app, I should be allowed to do so. You cannot ask me to pay you money for deleting my personal records.
Paid feature doesn’t serve any purpose
Why should I pay? When same features are available freely on norton, avast etc. Simply uninstalled. Hahaahah
Ease of operation
Good and handy
Letest update is horrible
Now app is not loading infinite loader is spinning with messages ‘syncing vault’ lost all my important passwords.
New update is worst
After updating to latest version app is now became very slow and unresponsive. I added a credit card details and i am not able to delete same, a continuous loader is running infinitely.
Very good App and good online support.
I am using Keeper for past 8 years and very happy. I had a login issue recently which was resolved online by tech support person in a very short time.
Good app, crap support. Experience deteriorating day by day
Crap of a customer care experience. Keeper passwords dont show up on Apple Watch and the support team was not able to resolve asking me to wait idefinitely. This is now more than a month. Planning to change to another service who dont treat customers like imbecile dirt.
Zero support
I have been facing this hell issue of not able to reset the master password. Did it twice . It logins once and then post log out does not let me login back with the same password. To top up that...now i am not able to reset my master password. Trying to reach out their support..but ZERO help... looks like took the subscription unnecesarily
