Prompt support and resolution
I had a problem with locking my Keeper account due to using 2FA and not receiving the code for it. My issue was solved in 1 hour by the support team, I was impressed by their fast reaction and active support. Many thanks to the support team & keep up the good work!
Very good app
It is a good password keeper, nice plugins, etc.. etc. very secure and trustworthy!! but there is still a lot to improve: I would have sent some suggestions from within the app itself, but the is no option there…
Not working anymore....
Moving from another PassManager, using app from 4 months. Main problem- passwords does not sync across devices. If you change a pass from Iphone,pass does not sync on Ipad or laptop, all settings with access to mobile data and background sync are ok . Support team - crap. They give you some standard answers and that’s it! Even if I paid for a full year, I will return to old app and quit this, I can’t afford to mess with my accounts and passwords...

The app literally robbed me of a one year subscription when it asked if I eant online backup and then directly asked for tiuchid confirmation, dven though literally 30 seconds before I clicked another prompt where I refused the premium version. Be very careful.
