Impressed
I have used this system for several years and am very happy with it. Recently had a problem with duplicated subscription and contacted Keeper support by email. Cannot believe how quickly they replied with a clear and concise solution. Recommended
Will not give me a refund
My keeper yearly subscription was due in two weeks time and I was going to cancel the subscription before it was due. However keeper took the money from my PayPal account around 2 weeks before the current subscription expired! When I tried to get the money back, which was the same day they took my money they refused to pay it back but admitted it was taken out before my current subscription expires. What a joke. I know of no other company that I use which use this dubious methods to take money before the subscription are due. I cannot recommend this company of these practices.
PAY TO DELETE?
Trial expired, I HAVE TO PAY TO DELETE MY DATA FROM THIS APP, I was switching password managers DUE to the fact this is a free trial scam, and I CAN'T DELETE MY OWN DATA. This has to be breaking some kind of law.
Glitch in the system
Was working really well and now some weird glitch keeps telling me the password is wrong… inconsistent in performance
Log in problems
Had an issue where I forgot my master password. The issue was quickly resolved with the help of Keeper support

Thank you Pio for resolving the subscription transfer Word of warning, don’t use alias emails The alias email will go through when purchasing online, but when it comes to finalised setups it won’t work. Keeper will state won’t accept this type of email and your stuck with a paid subscription not being used Always use a valid email Thanks again Pio
