A quand la compatibilité avec Apple Watch?

Most times the app can’t connect tot he lock. It just searches despite being 10 feet away.

Cannot set-up the kevo plus to make the lock wifi capable.

Pour aucune raison, le bluetooth se perd. La calibrage varie sans aucune raison. Aucune side en Français !

Go thru the calibrate procedure and it works for up to one day, then fails! Useless software. The Bluetooth “tap” to lock/unlock takes longer than using a key. Waste of money and time!!!

Between the app logging me out, and the fact that the lock is so flakey with it, I’m considering changing brands and apps altogether. The number of times instead of unlocking it instead starts the lock flashing purple and you have to wait forever to get it over that to let you try again. The ‘lock jammed’ messages no matter how many times I use the calibration and the lock in fact not being jammed. Losing contact with the base station so remote locking/unlocking may or may not be available, literally a coin toss whether any action will work as intended.

Not reliable. Only works one 1 out of 3 times. Very frustrating

The Bluetooth component, even when the batteries are fresh rarely works which means that I always need to use a key.

Fonctionnait bien au début, mais à chaque mise à jour ne fonctionne pas correctement. Perd la connexion Bluetooth. Ma conjointe préfère ouvrir la porte avec sa clef. De plus j’ai le Kēvo Plus et aussi commence à me faire perde patience. Ce produit devrait fonctionner avec Apple Watch ça serait moins compliqué . J’ai écrit au service à la clientèle (ma serrure est enregistré) ils me demande la facture, très mauvais service à la clientèle. Ils ne sont pas capable de fournir le service pour lequel on a payé. Plus jamais Weiser.
