This bank repeatedly markets itself as “one of the best,” but my actual 25 years experience with the bank and their services tells a completely different story.
The mobile application is consistently unstable, frequently ceasing to function without notice or explanation. Transaction records intermittently appear and disappear, raising serious concerns about reliability. Additionally, account statements are poorly structured, difficult to navigate, and at times missing transactions entirely, making routine account management unnecessarily challenging.
It is also evident that the bank’s focus has shifted away from client service and system stability toward marketing and promotional activities. The result is a widening gap between the bank’s public claims and the actual customer experience.

Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with the app and the declining quality of the bank’s services.

على الرغم من تقديم البنك لنفسه على أنه “من أفضل البنوك”، إلا أن التجربة الرقمية التي يوفرها بعيدة تماماً عن مستوى التوقعات التي يخلقها هذا الادعاء.
تطبيق الهاتف غير مستقر بشكل مستمر، ويتوقف عن العمل بشكل مفاجئ ومن دون أي إشعار أو تفسير. كما أن سجلات العمليات تظهر وتختفي بشكل متقطع، مما يثير مخاوف جدية حول الموثوقية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن كشوفات الحساب غير منظمة، وصعبة التصفح، وفي بعض الأحيان تفتقد لعمليات كاملة، مما يجعل إدارة الحساب الروتينية أمراً مرهقاً وغير عملي.
ومن الواضح أيضاً أن تركيز البنك قد انتقل بعيداً عن خدمة العملاء واستقرار الأنظمة، متجهاً نحو التسويق والأنشطة الترويجية. والنتيجة هي فجوة متزايدة بين ما يدّعيه البنك علناً وما يعيشه العميل فعلياً.

بشكل عام، أنا غير راضٍ تماماً عن التطبيق وتدهور جودة خدمات البنك.
