I am writing to highlight an issue with your application. On two occasions, I attempted to book a badminton court, but although the payment was deducted, the court was not successfully booked.

I have already raised a support ticket regarding this matter, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is disappointing and requires immediate attention.

I kindly request you to:
	1.	Fix the bugs in the app to prevent such issues in the future.
	2.	Process a refund for the amount deducted.

Instantly I have raised a request to move the booking to 14th as I have paid whole money for booking which is 3000 but their support didn’t reached out to me or resolved my issue. Great for booking turfs but trash customer service. Gotta wait days until they reply if you want to cancel your booking and not very supportive either and some talk rudely on the calls as well. Can’t build a product for people’s service and have bad customer service.

I’ve been using the Khelomore app for a few months for Cricket Turfs and it’s been awesome! The app is easy to use and makes finding and booking Cricket Turfs near my house and college super simple. I’ve found new places to play and met lots of other sports fans.

The app gives great details about each place, so I always know what to expect. Plus, their customer support is really helpful and quick to respond.

Khelomore has made my sports life much better, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves sports. Five stars!
